We’re working with a prominent international law firm to appoint a Senior Corporate M&A lawyer into its London office, with a clear pathway to partnership for the right individual.
The corporate team advises a broad range of UK and international clients on complex M&A transactions, strategic investments and corporate restructurings. The practice is recognised for its work on mid-to-large scale domestic and cross-border deals, acting for private and public companies, private equity sponsors and growth businesses across a range of sectors.
This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in high value transactions while working closely with senior partners who are actively investing in the continued growth of the team. It is particularly well suited to a senior lawyer looking for greater responsibility, stronger client exposure and a genuine long-term progression route.
The ideal candidate will have strong Corporate M&A experience gained at a well-regarded firm, excellent technical ability, and the ambition to progress towards partnership within a collaborative and commercially focused team.
