Location: Sydney (Hybrid)
Contract: 6 months
Daily rate: $950 - $1050
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact eCommerce and digital transformation initiatives within a QSR environment. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of large-scale eCommerce and retail projects, working across cross-functional teams including product, technology, marketing, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the delivery of eCommerce and digital transformation projects from initiation through to execution
· Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
· Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, and UX teams to deliver seamless digital customer experiences
· Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology functions
· Drive Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies to ensure efficient and high-quality outcomes
· Oversee third-party vendors and partners where required
· Ensure strong governance, reporting, and delivery discipline across all projects
Skills & Experience:
· Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering eCommerce or digital projects within retail environments
· Strong understanding of online platforms, customer journeys, and omnichannel retail
· Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
