We are seeking a UX Strategist/Designer to lead user-centered research, strategy, and design for complex digital and enterprise applications. This role is ideal for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution while leveraging AI tools to enhance the UX process from discovery through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX research, strategy, and design initiatives for enterprise and digital products.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, user research, journey mapping, task flows, workshops, and usability testing.
- Translate user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints into intuitive, user-centered experiences.
- Leverage AI and large language models (LLMs) throughout the UX process to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Create AI-assisted design concepts and interactive prototypes.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI-enabled features and experiences into products.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX leaders, Engineering, Data Science, and other cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Advocate for evidence-based design decisions and confidently challenge assumptions to improve user outcomes.
- Utilize tools such as Figma, Jira, and AI platforms to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI research and product design experience.
- Experience designing complex enterprise or digital products.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and LLMs to support UX research, design, prototyping, and testing.
- Strong proficiency with Figma and Jira.
- Experience working within Agile or Scaled Agile environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and measurable user outcomes.
