The role will involve advising on a broad range of private equity transactions, including buyouts, investments, disposals, and general corporate advisory matters. You will work with private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, founders, and management teams on complex domestic and cross-border deals.
The firm is seeking an outstanding September 2026 qualifier with excellent corporate/M&A training from a leading City, US, or international firm. Prior exposure to private equity transactions would be advantageous, but strong general corporate experience is also welcomed.
