Pay Range:$30–$34/hour

Position Overview
The Client Service Coordinator will support a large, collaborative Customer Service Project Management team. This role is customer-facing and operations-focused, providing high-quality service to customers while supporting internal project coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
- Assist customers with service sign-ups, documentation requests, and general inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate day-to-day customer service activities
- Support Project Managers with meeting scheduling, documentation, and communications
- Update and maintain project plans and project documentation
- Assist with information collection, validation, and tracking
- Help prepare status reports and presentations
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional customer service team members
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in customer service, coordination, or project support
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Microsoft Project
- Microsoft Visio
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma required
