Service Coordinator

Location: San Diego, CA (4 days on-site)

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM PST

Duration: 2-Year Contract (potential to convert to full-time)

Pay Range:$30–$34/hour

Education Required: High School Diploma


Position Overview

The Client Service Coordinator will support a large, collaborative Customer Service Project Management team. This role is customer-facing and operations-focused, providing high-quality service to customers while supporting internal project coordination activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
  • Assist customers with service sign-ups, documentation requests, and general inquiries
  • Schedule and coordinate day-to-day customer service activities
  • Support Project Managers with meeting scheduling, documentation, and communications
  • Update and maintain project plans and project documentation
  • Assist with information collection, validation, and tracking
  • Help prepare status reports and presentations
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional customer service team members

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in customer service, coordination, or project support
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • Microsoft Project
    • Microsoft Visio
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High School Diploma required
