Sr. Director, Commercial Development (Remote/Hybrid)
Seeking a senior commercial leader to drive proposal strategy, pricing, and deal execution within a growth-focused life sciences organization. This role partners cross-functionally with Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to support complex opportunities and strengthen commercial performance.
Key Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in CDMO (strongly preferred) or pharmaceutical/biotech environments with relevant manufacturing exposure
- Experience supporting drug product development and fill/finish operations (sterile, lyophilization a plus)
- Proven track record in proposal development, pricing strategy, and deal structuring
- Strong technical and commercial acumen with the ability to translate capabilities into client value
- Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (advanced degree preferred)
- Willingness to travel (~25%)
