Talent Acquisition Partner (12 Month Initial Contract)

Sydney | Hybrid (3 days in office)

We are currently partnering with a Leading Global Tech company who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a well-established and high-performing team.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of corporate functions.

The Role

You’ll be embedded within a collaborative and experienced TA team, reporting into a supportive leader, and working closely with stakeholders across the business.

This is a fast-paced environment, where you’ll typically be managing around 12–15 roles at any one time, with a focus on corporate hiring across areas such as HR, Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Sales.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing full lifecycle recruitment from briefing through to offer
  • Proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates using creative strategies
  • Building strong talent pipelines across corporate functions
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers as a true business partner
  • Advising on market insights, hiring strategy, and process improvements
  • Managing multiple concurrent roles in a high-volume environment
  • Working within an ATS to manage recruitment activity
  • Supporting a seamless and efficient hiring process end-to-end

About You

  • Minimum 5+ years’ in-house recruitment experience
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring (10–15 roles simultaneously)
  • Strong experience hiring across corporate functions (HR, Finance, Legal, etc.)
  • Confident in direct sourcing and “hands-on” candidate generation
  • Creative and proactive approach to finding talent in competitive markets
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - able to influence and push back where needed
  • A driven, motivated individual who wants to make an impact quickly
