JOB TITLE: Customer Account Support Specialist

LOCATION: Juno Beach, FL

SCHEDULE: Standard (may include evenings and weekends)

DURATION: 8-Month Contract

PAY:$17/per hour


Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will provide comprehensive customer account support for business, commercial, industrial, national, and government clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting customer account management activities, including:

    o Assisting with billing inquiries and account enrollment.

    o Processing claims, contractor invoices, and fulfillment requests.

    o Resolving customer issues and ensuring timely follow-up.

    o Maintaining accurate account records and documentation.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve customer concerns.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Delivering high-quality customer service across multiple communication channels.
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.


    Essential Duties and Job Functions:

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to accounts, billing, and services.
  • Process claims, invoices, and service-related requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update customer account records in CRM systems.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and vendor partners.
  • Ensure all activities comply with established policies and procedures.
  • Support issue resolution by coordinating with appropriate departments.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve performance and service delivery.


    Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of billing, claims processing, or account management.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and standard computer applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.


    Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, claims, customer accounting, or revenue recovery.
