Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide comprehensive customer account support for business, commercial, industrial, national, and government clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting customer account management activities, including:
o Assisting with billing inquiries and account enrollment.
o Processing claims, contractor invoices, and fulfillment requests.
o Resolving customer issues and ensuring timely follow-up.
o Maintaining accurate account records and documentation. - Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve customer concerns.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Delivering high-quality customer service across multiple communication channels.
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
Essential Duties and Job Functions:
- Respond to customer inquiries related to accounts, billing, and services.
- Process claims, invoices, and service-related requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer account records in CRM systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and vendor partners.
- Ensure all activities comply with established policies and procedures.
- Support issue resolution by coordinating with appropriate departments.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve performance and service delivery.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of billing, claims processing, or account management.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and standard computer applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, claims, customer accounting, or revenue recovery.
