Talent Acquisition Advisor
We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Advisor
to join a Human Resources team and support end-to-end recruitment activities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will support a wide range of talent acquisition activities, including:
- Supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate feedback coordination
- Screening résumés and conducting initial telephone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Partnering closely with Senior Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Utilizing a variety of sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
- Preparing candidate look books in PowerPoint for stakeholder review, where applicable
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors)
- Participating in career fairs and networking events to promote the organization as an employer of choice
- Staying informed on recruitment industry trends, tools, and best practices
- Providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including invoice processing and management of shared mailboxes
- Assisting with Talent Acquisition–related projects as required
- Performing additional duties as assigned
Must-Have Skills
- Some experience in recruiting or a Human Resources–related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience using SuccessFactors or another applicant tracking system
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Knowledge of the asset management or financial services industry
