Location: Denver, CO

Pay:$25.00 - $30.00/hour

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Schedule: Hybrid Schedule, Standard Office Hours



Talent Acquisition Advisor

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a Human Resources team and support end-to-end recruitment activities across the organization.



Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will support a wide range of talent acquisition activities, including:

  • Supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate feedback coordination
  • Screening résumés and conducting initial telephone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Partnering closely with Senior Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
  • Utilizing a variety of sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
  • Preparing candidate look books in PowerPoint for stakeholder review, where applicable
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors)
  • Participating in career fairs and networking events to promote the organization as an employer of choice
  • Staying informed on recruitment industry trends, tools, and best practices
  • Providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including invoice processing and management of shared mailboxes
  • Assisting with Talent Acquisition–related projects as required
  • Performing additional duties as assigned



Must-Have Skills

  • Some experience in recruiting or a Human Resources–related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a desire to learn
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A collaborative team player who is flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for identifying and attracting top talent
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience using SuccessFactors or another applicant tracking system
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Knowledge of the asset management or financial services industry
