Product Delivery Advisor

The Product Delivery Advisor assists in delivering product initiatives by coordinating communications, training, and project activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth execution and team alignment. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills to support ongoing project needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute attendance summary reports to ensure accurate tracking of participation and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver training sessions, including system overviews and operational training programs.
- Provide oversight and support for data management, system knowledge sharing, and overall operational readiness in partnership with internal teams.
- Coordinate testing activities by managing schedules, logistics, and readiness efforts to ensure successful execution of testing objectives.
- Facilitate meetings to communicate release updates and evaluate potential operational impacts related to ongoing project initiatives.
- Partner with project teams to develop meeting agendas, create presentation materials, and produce supporting content to drive effective communication and alignment.
- Deliver operational and administrative support to specialized task teams by confirming agendas, developing meeting materials, creating surveys, and tracking issues through resolution.
- Develop and maintain content for recurring operational safety meetings to support compliance and continuous communication.
- Coordinate vendor meetings in collaboration with project managers to ensure alignment, clear communication, and successful project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience coordinating training sessions, meetings, or stakeholder engagement activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create agendas, presentations, and meeting documentation
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience tracking issues, action items, and follow-ups to completion
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Proficiency with standard business and collaboration tools
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale programs, initiatives, or organizational change efforts
- Background in training coordination or content development
- Experience working closely with operational leaders or project teams
- Familiarity with surveys, feedback collection, and basic data analysis
