Pomona, CA (Hybrid--2 days)

Duration: 13-month contract

Pay:$42-47/hr




The Product Delivery Advisor assists in delivering product initiatives by coordinating communications, training, and project activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth execution and team alignment. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills to support ongoing project needs.



Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute attendance summary reports to ensure accurate tracking of participation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver training sessions, including system overviews and operational training programs.
  • Provide oversight and support for data management, system knowledge sharing, and overall operational readiness in partnership with internal teams.
  • Coordinate testing activities by managing schedules, logistics, and readiness efforts to ensure successful execution of testing objectives.
  • Facilitate meetings to communicate release updates and evaluate potential operational impacts related to ongoing project initiatives.
  • Partner with project teams to develop meeting agendas, create presentation materials, and produce supporting content to drive effective communication and alignment.
  • Deliver operational and administrative support to specialized task teams by confirming agendas, developing meeting materials, creating surveys, and tracking issues through resolution.
  • Develop and maintain content for recurring operational safety meetings to support compliance and continuous communication.
  • Coordinate vendor meetings in collaboration with project managers to ensure alignment, clear communication, and successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating training sessions, meetings, or stakeholder engagement activities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create agendas, presentations, and meeting documentation
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience tracking issues, action items, and follow-ups to completion
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Proficiency with standard business and collaboration tools

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large-scale programs, initiatives, or organizational change efforts
  • Background in training coordination or content development
  • Experience working closely with operational leaders or project teams
  • Familiarity with surveys, feedback collection, and basic data analysis
  • Experience developing content for recurring meetings or communications
