We are seeking a talented Recruiter II to join our client’s team in Juno Beach, FL. This is an onsite, 12-month contract opportunity supporting a high-volume recruiting initiative, including the potential restart of a major energy facility. The client is a leading company in the renewable energy sector with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.
In this role, you will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment from requisition creation to onboarding. You will play a key role in driving candidate demand, managing the candidate experience, and building relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent, including passive candidates.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates in alignment with business needs.
- Conduct phone screens, coordinate interview processes, and facilitate debrief sessions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with search firms, employment agencies, and universities/high schools to strengthen talent pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and corporate recruitment policies.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects related to talent acquisition and workforce development.
- Stay current on best practices, including OFCCP, Affirmative Action Plans, military hiring, and diversity initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment practices.

- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in exempt and non-exempt staffing.
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative without close supervision.
