Pay Rate Range:$35.00/hr – $39.50/hr



We are seeking a talented Recruiter II to join our client’s team in Juno Beach, FL. This is an onsite, 12-month contract opportunity supporting a high-volume recruiting initiative, including the potential restart of a major energy facility. The client is a leading company in the renewable energy sector with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.




In this role, you will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment from requisition creation to onboarding. You will play a key role in driving candidate demand, managing the candidate experience, and building relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.



Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent, including passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates in alignment with business needs.
  • Conduct phone screens, coordinate interview processes, and facilitate debrief sessions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with search firms, employment agencies, and universities/high schools to strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and corporate recruitment policies.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional projects related to talent acquisition and workforce development.
  • Stay current on best practices, including OFCCP, Affirmative Action Plans, military hiring, and diversity initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment practices.
  • Excellent planning, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to gain the trust of hiring managers and provide consultative value.
  • High standards of integrity, professionalism, and reliability.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in exempt and non-exempt staffing.
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative without close supervision.
