About the Role

Hydrogen Group is partnering with a forward-thinking mobility company in search of a Vehicle Operations Coordinator to support daily operations at key vehicle logistics sites. In this dynamic role, you’ll play a hands-on part in coordinating inventory, scheduling vehicle workflows, supporting lot operations, and maintaining quality control to ensure a seamless customer delivery experience.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong background in logistics, lot management, or operational coordination—especially if you're passionate about sustainability and innovative transportation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee physical site operations including vehicle scheduling, workflow prioritization, and coordination with on-site teams
  • Maintain and manage charging station capacity, vehicle drivelines, and lot safety
  • Conduct final vehicle quality checks and communicate feedback to internal teams
  • Support vehicle detailing, wash, and paint correction activities as needed
  • Prepare and validate paperwork for deliveries; manage secure filing and outbound documentation processes
  • Perform inventory checks, audits, and assist with receiving and staging of vehicles
  • Coordinate with carriers for remarketing logistics and transportation to auctions
  • Collaborate with other teams, both on-site and remote, to ensure high-quality operational execution
  • Embrace change, solve problems proactively, and maintain accuracy in high-paced environments
  • Transport vehicles as required, sometimes in challenging weather conditions

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or lot/vehicle coordination
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and regularly
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions
  • Proficiency with computer systems and basic software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or travel (up to 40%)
  • Commitment to a clean energy mission and an employee-first workplace culture
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19(proof required)
  • Experience in EV, detailing, or automotive environments is a plus
