POSITION SUMMARY

Our client, a leading organisation in the energy and utilities sector, is seeking a Real Estate Representative to join their Land Services team. This role focuses on process documentation and standardisation across land acquisition workflows, supporting large-scale transmission and infrastructure projects from development through to operations. You will engage stakeholders across Land, Legal, Title, Contracts, and Development teams to capture, build, and improve processes in a fast-paced environment.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, document, and standardise land acquisition workflows, SOPs, and training materials — including building out a land services manual
  • Engage stakeholders and SMEs to map existing processes and identify gaps
  • Maintain accurate land acquisition data in Salesforce; manage and quality-check land agreement requests
  • Review title documents, easements, and land agreements for accuracy and consistency
  • Coordinate across internal teams to ensure workflow continuity and project momentum
  • Deliver training to team members on standardised processes and tools
  • Support land acquisition activities across all project phases, from pre-bid through operations

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years in land acquisition, title research, real estate operations, or a related field
  • Experience with end-to-end land acquisition processes for infrastructure or transmission projects
  • Working knowledge of land contracts, easements, and options
  • Strong ability to review title documents, verify ownership, and interpret legal descriptions
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Experience with long linear or overhead infrastructure projects preferred
  • Paralegal or land data/document specialist background advantageous
  • GIS or county parcel data tool experience a plus

  • Data accuracy, document management, and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including presentations
  • Comfortable working in live, collaborative documents
