- Supports informed decision-making within the business unit by conducting basic operational analyses
- Works under the guidance of a Senior Business Analyst, Business Analyst I, or direct supervisor
- Receives mentoring and direction while performing assigned tasks
- Contributes to small to medium-sized special projects
- Performs both quantitative and qualitative research
- Assists in the design and modification of business processes
- Develops and maintains reports using standardized tools and techniques
- Typically requires 1 year of related experience (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
