Job Overview
In this role, you will manage and maintain accurate billing processes across multiple utility accounts. Responsibilities include handling small to medium projects, conducting quantitative and qualitative research, designing and modifying processes, and developing reports. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, resolving billing issues, processing adjustments and collections, and delivering high-quality customer support for escalated billing concerns.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide account management support for business, commercial, industrial, and government customers.
- Coordinate and prioritize daily workflow for the account management team.
- Monitor work queues and department metrics to ensure service level targets are met.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support business operations.
- Investigate and resolve customer requests, complaints, and billing issues through coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Recommend enhancements to business processes, tracking systems, and training programs.
- Support escalated calls, enrollment, invoicing, claims resolution, and related tasks.
- Conduct analyses and prepare reports for operational and technical support.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives through process design and modification.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of customer account management, billing, invoicing, or claims processes.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, customer accounting, billing, or revenue recovery.
