The team advises on a wide range of capital markets transactions, including both conventional and Sharia-compliant offerings, and provides strategic guidance to clients across the GCC on bond issuances, Sukuk, liability management, and regulatory matters.
The Ideal Candidate:
- March 2025 NQs - 3 PQE
- Common or Civil law qualified
- Strong academics
- Experience from a highly ranked law firm.
