Contract Length: 12 months

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Consultant to support an enterprise IT self-service platform and its ongoing enhancements. This role is critical to ensuring organizational change is thoughtfully designed, clearly communicated, and effectively adopted across a large, complex enterprise.

The successful candidate will operate with minimal oversight, build strong cross-functional relationships, and apply the ADKAR change framework to drive adoption and readiness for each release. This role requires strong organizational awareness, the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences, and a structured, data-driven approach to change execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with product teams and key stakeholders to understand upcoming releases, organizational readiness, change impacts, and required end-user or IT-user behavior changes.
  • Manage and streamline the organizational change management (OCM) intake and workflow process to ensure changes are assessed, prioritized, and documented consistently.
  • Drive adoption of the OCM intake process by socializing its purpose, aligning expectations, and promoting consistent usage across business groups.
  • Conduct detailed change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify risks, personas, and support requirements.
  • Design and execute an enterprise-ready communication and engagement strategy aligned to ADKAR principles(Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement).
  • Develop targeted change deliverables including release communications, FAQs, job aids, training guides, and readiness materials.
  • Independently plan, manage, and deliver all change management activities with minimal reliance on the project team.
  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Marketing & Communications to align messaging, secure approvals, and meet enterprise communication standards and timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, champions, and subject-matter experts to coordinate change within their organizations.
  • Support leaders and change champions in cascading messages and reinforcing desired behaviors.
  • Define, track, and analyze adoption metrics, feedback loops, and user sentiment to evaluate change readiness and effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership with regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to optimize adoption outcomes.
  • Create and maintain change documentation including communication plans, stakeholder maps, impact analyses, and training materials.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience delivering organizational change management for technology-driven initiatives.
  • Demonstrated hands-on application of the ADKAR model, including targeted interventions across all five stages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and execute with minimal oversight.
  • Analytical mindset with experience defining adoption KPIs and adjusting strategies based on insights.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise technology rollouts.
  • Familiarity with IT service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools).
