Senior Change Manager – Data Transformation

A leading insurance company is on a mission to embed a modern, data-driven culture across the business.

Following the rollout of a cloud-based data platform, the organisation is now focused on deepening adoption, improving engagement, and ensuring data becomes a key part of day-to-day decision making. This transformation has strong executive support and sits at the heart of the company’s long-term strategy.

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Senior Change Manager to take ownership of the engagement and adoption stream of this program. With the platform now live, your role will focus on bringing people along the journey — helping teams understand the value, embrace new ways of working, and develop the confidence to use data effectively in their roles.

You’ll be instrumental in breaking down resistance, building business buy-in, and embedding lasting behavioural change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Refresh and deliver the change strategy focused on driving adoption and engagement across the business.
  • Develop and execute communication, stakeholder, and engagement plans tailored to different business groups.
  • Collaborate with L&D, data teams, and SMEs to deliver enablement initiatives (e.g., data literacy training, self-service reporting support, role-specific upskilling).
  • Build trust with key stakeholders and leaders to champion the benefits of the new platform and ways of working.
  • Identify and address resistance points, measure adoption success, and refine strategies as needed.
  • Support the business in embedding data stewardship, new reporting behaviours, and a culture of data-led decision making.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years’ experience in senior change roles, ideally within data, technology, or digital transformation programs.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption of newly implemented platforms — especially those that impact day-to-day ways of working (e.g. data warehouses, analytics tools).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills — confident engaging across business and technical teams.
  • Experience turning low adoption or resistant environments into success stories.
  • Familiarity with change frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, etc.).
  • Background in financial services
