Towards the end of a recent evening roundtable we hosted in Bangkok, after a couple of hours of good discussion, some interesting debate and wine that, in hindsight, probably deserved a slightly bigger share of the event budget, someone asked a very simple question: If an AI agent is doing a job in your organisation, who actually manages it?
