​I manage Hydrogen's Life Sciences, Medical, Regulatory and Commercial Team for Permanent Recruiting across the EU. I have been working in recruitment for over 9 years at Hydrogen, where I have established my expertise within the Life Science industry. Much of what I have done over this time has been spent helping to build and grow Biotech Businesses, identifying real talents for Pharmaceutical companies, bringing true Reg experts to Regulatory Consultancies and working with Device businesses in topics such as recent Regulation changes and marketing.

I am very passionate about Medicine and Scientific Research which I believe helps underpin my understanding and knowledge of the industry and enables me to form true long-term relationships with my candidates and clients throughout. This passion help me to ensure I focus on the quality of the work I do and the people I work with, which I believe really has an impact to patients and the future medicines they receive.
