Oliver Ashby has over 8 years of Life Sciences experience and was appointed to the Hydrogen Leadership team in June 2018. Having spent over 11 years in staffing, Oliver now operates as the Vice President for California and is focused on delivering business-critical talent into core Life Sciences niche markets.

Oliver leads the San Diego business, which he started and progressed, and now resides in Los Angeles overseeing all Californian locations growing our West Coast operation by 100% year on year. A deep career spent focused on partnering with most cutting-edge pharma, biotech and medical device companies in the US, supporting niche searches of all levels of seniority on both a direct hire and contract basis.
