This role will focus on complex, high-value litigation across the DIFC and ADGM courts, acting for a diverse client base including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sophisticated litigation matters before the DIFC and ADGM courts
- Work directly with two key partners on strategic disputes and client development initiatives
- Advise clients on cross-border disputes, enforcement strategies, and regulatory issues
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers within the team
- Play an active role in business development and strengthening client relationships
Candidate Profile:
- UK, Australian, or equivalent common law qualification
- Significant experience in commercial litigation, with exposure to DIFC and/or ADGM proceedings highly desirable
- Proven ability to manage complex cases and interact confidently with senior stakeholders
- Strong technical skills combined with commercial awareness
- A collaborative mindset and interest in contributing to a growing Middle East practice
