The Role
You’ll be advising global corporates, sovereign wealth funds, private equity sponsors, and institutional investors on complex, high-value deals. The team handles M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, and private equity investments, often with a cross-border or regional dimension.
Key Requirements

England & Wales qualified(essential)
-
5–6 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate M&A / private equity

Currently working at (or trained with) a leading US or Magic Circle firm

Strong transactional experience

Existing Middle East experience is required — UAE, Saudi Arabia, or wider GCC
