Position Overview

Timekeeper / Administrative Assistant

Duration: 2-Year Contract

Schedule: 6:30/7:00 AM – 3:30/4:00 PM (PST)

Work Environment: 100% Onsite (5 days/week)

Pay: 34-39 USD per hour



  • Provide administrative and timekeeping support to district office operations
  • Perform high-volume data entry related to employee timekeeping and records
  • Maintain accurate financial and payroll-related documentation
  • Support daily office operations including scheduling, filing, and communications
  • Answer phones, direct visitors, and coordinate internal/external meetings
  • Assist with mail distribution, supply management, and general office logistics
  • Contribute to special projects as assigned by management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, and compliance

    Qualifications

  • Prior experience in timekeeping, data entry, bookkeeping, or administrative support
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in a structured environment
  • High School Diploma required
  • Open to candidates from various industries with relevant administrative experience
