Timekeeper / Administrative Assistant
Duration:
2-Year Contract
Schedule:
6:30/7:00 AM – 3:30/4:00 PM (PST)
Work Environment:
100% Onsite (5 days/week)
Pay:
34-39 USD per hour
- Provide administrative and timekeeping support to district office operations
- Perform high-volume data entry related to employee timekeeping and records
- Maintain accurate financial and payroll-related documentation
- Support daily office operations including scheduling, filing, and communications
- Answer phones, direct visitors, and coordinate internal/external meetings
- Assist with mail distribution, supply management, and general office logistics
- Contribute to special projects as assigned by management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, and compliance

Qualifications
- Prior experience in timekeeping, data entry, bookkeeping, or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time in a structured environment
- High School Diploma required
- Open to candidates from various industries with relevant administrative experience
