Administrative Technician

Location: Juno Beach, FL

Schedule: Standard Office Hours

Duration: 4-Month Contract

Pay Rate Range:$24/hr – $29/hr


Job Description

Performs advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skills, and knowledge of organizational policies and practices. Responsibilities include but are not limited to producing and interpreting reports, addressing reporting issues, conducting routine assignments and analyses, participating in special projects, responding to information and data requests, and documenting and recommending process enhancements.

Interacts routinely with internal and external stakeholders. Works under general supervision and relies on multiple years of experience to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience developing presentations, reports, and performing analytical tasks strongly desired.

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced, highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior IT leader. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information and executive-level communications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to the executive, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas, managing logistics, and following up on action items.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and alignment.
  • Manage expense reporting, purchase orders, and budget tracking as needed.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
