Associate Representative, Marketing

Pay Range:$21-26/ph
In this role, you will support the Downstream Marketing team within a leading medical device company's structural heart division. You will assist with marketing operations and coordination of the customer visit program. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, communication skills, and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:
Marketing Operations Support:
- Support Product Managers with product marketing initiatives and projects.
- Provide operational assistance for ongoing programs including vendor contracts and invoice processing.
- Prepare and coordinate the shipment of product samples and promotional materials.
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials and ensure timely restocking.
- Support administration and upkeep of the team’s content management platform.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical marketing documentation.
Customer Visit Program:
- Coordinate logistics for customer visits including event approvals and tour schedules.
- Lead on-site tours of manufacturing facilities for visiting healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients.
- Assemble and distribute visit materials such as product brochures and presentations.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing operations or administrative support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with content management and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Showpad, CVENT).
- Prior experience supporting marketing initiatives in a regulated industry.
