I’m working with a leading Offshore firm looking to hire a 5+ PQE Banking & Finance lawyer into its London office, advising on the laws of Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands.
The team handles high-value, complex and cross-border financing transactions for leading banks, sponsors, investors and corporates, with the opportunity to build strong international client relationships.
This is a great opportunity for a Finance lawyer looking to combine top-quality transactional work with genuine scope for business development - offering a different proposition to traditional Onshore private practice.
The ideal candidate will have:
→ 5–8 PQE
→ Strong Banking & Finance experience from a leading international, UK or US firm
→ UK-qualified
→ Strong cross-border transaction experience
→ Commercial and international outlook
→ Genuine interest in BD and building a client network
