Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the business unit through data-driven insights, reporting, and process improvements. You’ll assist senior analysts and management by conducting research and analysis to drive informed business decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting basic operational analyses to support business decisions.
- Assisting with small to medium projects under guidance from senior analysts or supervisors.
- Performing both quantitative and qualitative research to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Supporting process design, updates, and documentation.
- Developing and maintaining standardized reports and dashboards.
- Applying standardized analytical tools and techniques to daily work.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1 year of related experience preferred.
