This role offers the chance to influence product and service evolution, ensure regulatory alignment, and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead analysis activities across the full project lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on Life & Pensions transformation.
  • Support discovery and due diligence phases of new initiatives, defining scope, objectives, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Elicit, document, and validate requirements and user stories, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Facilitate product discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive clarity and shared understanding.
  • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and delivery leads.

  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced, change-driven environments.
  • Passionate about delivering quality outcomes, continuous improvement, and driving business value.
