Position Overview:
The Business Systems Analyst will support enterprise-level integration initiatives focused on Salesforce and its connectivity with platforms such as SAP, MuleSoft, UCDP, and other business systems. This role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing and improving processes, and translating operational needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. The analyst will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow, system compliance, and efficient execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements for Salesforce integrations and enhancements.
- Analyze current business processes and optimize workflows aligned with Salesforce capabilities.
- Lead workshops, user story creation, and requirements sessions to define integration needs across SAP, MuleSoft, UCDP, and related systems.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to design, test, and validate end-to-end Salesforce functionality.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across interconnected enterprise platforms.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, and post-implementation reviews.
- Act as liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality integration solutions.
- Provide user training, system documentation, and post-launch support to drive adoption and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in business systems analysis with a focus on Salesforce and enterprise system integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and integration tools such as MuleSoft.
- Familiarity with SAP, UCDP, and related enterprise technologies.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data flows and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or cross-platform integration projects preferred.
