The opportunity
We’re hiring a Client Solutions Consultant to focus on revenue growth through new business acquisition and account expansion. You’ll sell a full suite of talent solutions, Contingent, MSP, RPO, and SOW, with a priority across Technology and Transformation programmes.

What you’ll be doing
- Win new clients and deliver innovative talent solutions across Technology & Transformation
- Sell Contingent, MSP, RPO, and SOW solutions, with a key focus on Time & Materials SOW
- Run client meetings to consult, pitch, and close deals
- Build deep understanding of client challenges to design tailored solutions
- Grow accounts after landing, deepening relationships and driving revenue
- Stay sharp on market shifts, competitor moves, and emerging opportunities
- Develop territory plans and proposals with clear insight and market data
- Consistently hit revenue and client activity targets
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience selling recruitment/talent solutions, ideally including SOW
- Experience in Technology and Transformation markets
- Consultative, strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness
- Confident with senior stakeholders and building lasting relationships
- Organised, proactive, and results-driven
- Comfortable hitting revenue targets and KPIs
- Available to work in the London office 2 days per week
