We're looking for an experienced Commissioning Project Manager
to oversee the startup, testing, and handoff of solar power plants across the U.S. This role serves as the Owner’s Representative, managing EPCs, OEMs, and testing vendors to ensure safe, on-time, and high-quality project delivery.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead commissioning, startup, and performance testing of solar plants
- Oversee EPC & OEM compliance and testing procedures
- Manage SCADA, inverters, substations, and interconnect coordination
- Conduct quality control, walkdowns, and project closeout
- Coordinate ISO/GIA/PPA testing and reporting
📍 Location:
40% U.S. travel; remote support for the rest

Senior Project Manager
✅ What You Bring:
- 5+ years in Solar or Energy Storage commissioning
- Deep understanding of utility-scale solar systems & SCADA
- Strong leadership, technical, and organizational skills
- Experience with substations, protection & controls, and performance testing
