A rare opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate to join the London office of a highly ranked US law firm, within its private equity infrastructure team.
The role will centre on high-value, often cross-border M&A, alongside co-investments, management equity arrangements, and public-to-private transactions. You will work on acquisitions, disposals, and platform investments, as well as broader strategic advisory work for a sophisticated client base that includes major funds and institutional investors.
The ideal candidate will be 2–5 PQE with strong private equity and/or M&A experience gained at a leading City or international firm. Prior infrastructure experience is helpful but not essential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, well-supported team where associates are encouraged to take an active role in both client relationships and the development of the practice.
