A rare opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate to join the London office of a highly ranked US law firm, within its corporate real estate team.
The role will involve advising on a broad range of corporate transactions with a real estate focus, including acquisitions and disposals of real estate-backed platforms, joint ventures, and corporate structuring matters. You will work on complex, often cross-border transactions for a sophisticated client base, including private equity sponsors, institutional investors, and real estate funds.
The team is open to candidates at the 2–5 PQE level. For more junior candidates, the firm will consider strong corporate/M&A lawyers looking to develop a specialism in corporate real estate, while more experienced candidates should have demonstrable experience in corporate real estate transactions. In all cases, you will be given early responsibility and the opportunity to play an active role in client relationships and the development of the practice.
