About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Data Science Practitioner to join a dynamic AI & Data team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and decision-making frameworks that drive impactful business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams, provide expert guidance, and deliver solutions that enhance decision-making processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to solve complex business problems.

Evaluate and measure the impact of AI/ML solutions to ensure they meet objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems and workflows.

Mentor and guide team members on AI/ML best practices and data analysis techniques.

Stay up-to-date with AI/ML trends and innovations to continuously improve project outcomes.

Contribute to technical decisions and problem-solving across multiple teams.
Required Skills & Experience:

Advanced proficiency in Machine Learning and Data Science.

Intermediate experience with Amazon SageMaker.

Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Software Development Life Cycle, and Model Context Protocol.

Strong programming skills (Java) and experience with Testing frameworks (TDD, BDD).

Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Oracle DB.
Desirable Skills:

Basic AI knowledge.

Experience with Data Lakes and Databricks.
