- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay Range:$45-52/hr.
Overview:
We’re hiring experienced Dent Repair Technicians
with a background in both Traditional Dent Repair
and Paintless Dent Repair (PDR). In this role, you’ll play a key part in restoring vehicles to their best condition by accurately assessing damage and performing high-quality repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Damage Assessment: Inspect vehicles to determine the severity and repair method for dents, dings, and minor body imperfections.
- Paintless Dent Repair: Use specialized tools to perform PDR and maintain the factory finish without the need for paint or fillers.
- Traditional Repair Work: When necessary, utilize conventional dent repair techniques to restore panels.
- Precision & Detail: Complete all repairs to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and minimal turnaround time.
- Tool Maintenance: Keep equipment and tools clean, calibrated, and ready for daily use.
- Quality Control: Perform thorough inspections of completed work to ensure factory-level repair quality.
- Documentation: Maintain records of each repair job, including before-and-after documentation.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow technicians to maintain an efficient workflow and meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Traditional Dent Repair and Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)
- Strong understanding of automotive repair tools, materials, and best practices
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing top-quality work
- Ability to lift, maneuver, and position heavy vehicle panels and equipment
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Certification in dent repair techniques is preferred but not required
