We are partnering with a highly respected international law firm in Dubai that is seeking to hire an Associate or Senior Associate to join its expanding Finance team.
The role offers exposure to sophisticated regional and cross-border work, supporting a team known for handling complex matters across multiple Middle Eastern jurisdictions. This opportunity is well suited to a Derivatives & Structured Finance lawyer looking to deepen their technical expertise while working closely with senior stakeholders in a supportive, high-performance environment.
This position provides a platform to engage with a varied client base and broaden your experience within a dynamic and fast-moving practice.
The Ideal Associate / Lawyer:

PQE 4+

Strong knowledge of structured finance and derivatives

Experience with Middle Eastern legal frameworks

Excellent drafting and communication skills

Organised, commercially minded, and collaborative

Arabic language skills advantageous
