We are partnering with a leading retail organisation to recruit a Digital Business Analyst to support the delivery of key eCommerce and digital initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work across customer-facing platforms and contribute to enhancing online and omnichannel experiences.
About the Role:
As a Digital Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business and technology teams, gathering and translating requirements to support the delivery of digital products and platforms. You will work closely with stakeholders across eCommerce, marketing, product, and technology to drive impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for digital initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions across business and technology teams
- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with Product Owners, UX/UI, and Engineering teams in an Agile environment
- Support the delivery of eCommerce, mobile, and digital platform enhancements
- Assist with testing, validation, and ensuring successful delivery outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and digital experiences
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital or eCommerce environments
- Background in retail or customer-facing industries
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, online customer journeys, and omnichannel retail
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
