Our client is a global leader in life sciences, dedicated to advancing human health through innovation in genomics and biotechnology.
This is a short-term, one-time engagement supporting document management and data entry within a fast-paced, regulated environment. The role involves handling documentation aligned with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP), ensuring accuracy and compliance across quality systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform records processing, filing, and documentation using both manual and electronic systems per established procedures.
- Support the management of the document repository and ensure compliance with quality and data integrity standards.
- Create, edit, and maintain procedural documentation, including departmental policies, procedures, and guidance documents.
- Ensure adherence to standard practices and procedures when analyzing data and content.
- Escalate issues and risks to management as appropriate.
- Prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks in a dynamic business environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the department manager.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in document control or data entry.
- Familiarity with SOPs and Good Documentation Practices.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience applying 6S (or 5S) Lean management principles for workplace organization.
- Strong data evaluation and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
