Project Coordinator – Engineering Team (Admin / Procurement / Project Support)

Contract Role
We’re supporting an engineering team in hiring a Project Coordinator to assist with documentation, procurement, and project tracking activities.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys supporting technical teams and working across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and organise engineering documentation, including drawings and reports
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and track action items
• Assist with purchase requests, shopping carts, and purchase orders
• Monitor procurement status to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
• Support reporting, project tracking, and data management
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in project coordination, administration, or support roles
• Background supporting engineering, construction, or technical teams preferred
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Good communication and problem-solving ability
