We’re partnering with a leading global technology organisation to find an experienced Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This is a great opportunity for an EA who enjoys working beyond traditional administrative support. You'll act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, helping manage competing priorities, drive organisational efficiency and ensure the smooth running of executive operations.

You'll work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders, requiring a high level of professionalism, discretion, initiative and strong communication skills.

The Role

Working closely with two senior executives, your responsibilities will include:

  • Executive & Calendar Management: Managing busy and ever-changing calendars, prioritising commitments and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organising leadership meetings, client engagements and executive briefings, including preparing agendas, presentations and meeting follow-ups.
  • Travel Management: Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, itineraries and associated logistics.
  • Project & Event Support: Supporting strategic initiatives, leadership offsites, team events and cross-functional projects, managing logistics and key deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Executive Administration: Supporting inbox management, expense reporting, documentation and confidential communications.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve executive workflows, implement efficiencies and enhance the overall effectiveness of the leadership team.

About You

We're looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

You'll ideally bring:

  • 3+ years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar administrative support role.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong calendar management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, travel and general executive administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High levels of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently.
  • Confidence using Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom and other collaboration tools.
  • The ability to adapt quickly and remain calm in a changing environment.

What's in it for you?

  • Opportunity to support senior leadership within a globally recognised technology organisation.
  • A varied role that goes beyond traditional executive administration.
  • Exposure to strategic business initiatives and senior stakeholder engagement.
  • A collaborative and high-performing environment where initiative and ideas are encouraged.
  • The opportunity to make a genuine impact on executive effectiveness and business operations.

If you're an organised, proactive EA looking for your next opportunity in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.
