We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support a critical finance transformation initiative within the Power Generation Division. This role will help modernize how the organization performs financial forecasting, planning, and reporting by leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, and AI-enabled analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the transformation of financial planning and reporting using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) integrated with SAP S/4HANA, BW, and other enterprise data sources
- Develop and maintain driver-based forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning models
- Partner with Finance, IT, and Operations to define requirements, support UAT, model validation, and system enhancements
- Ensure strong data governance, model accuracy, and reporting integrity
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve financial analysis, streamline reporting, and enhance forecasting insights
- Contribute to finance modernization initiatives, including automation, system implementation, and process standardization
- Collaborate cross-functionally in a data-driven, technology-enabled finance environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Financial Modeling, or Finance Systems
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, or similar ERP / enterprise data environments
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) planning and reporting preferred
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools or automation tools to improve productivity and reporting efficiency
- Experience supporting finance transformation, system implementation, or data integration projects
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across Finance, IT, and business teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
