Job Title: Hardware Validation Engineer

Pay Rate:$45-50/hr
Duration:
1-year contract
We’re looking for a hands-on Test & Validation Engineer with experience in automotive mechatronic systems. You'll lead validation planning, run tests, analyze data, and work closely with vendors and engineering teams.
Must-Haves:

Experience creating and managing DVPs and integrating DFMEA updates

Hands-on with DAQs, diagnostics, and basic test automation

Strong communication skills to coordinate with engineers and test vendors
Nice-to-Haves:

Knowledge of CAN tools (CANalyzer, CANoe)

Scripting in Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW

Mechanical aptitude and comfort with prototype hardware
🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute validation tests on sensors, actuators, and controllers

Coordinate with external test vendors and ensure compliance

Analyze test data and support continuous improvement

Build basic fixtures and test tools with CAD support
🎓 Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
