An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Corporate Associate with 4–7 years' post-qualification experience to join a leading international law firm in Dubai. This role offers exposure to a broad range of high-profile domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, working alongside a highly regarded team advising multinational corporations, financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and government-related entities across the Middle East and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and general corporate matters.
- Supporting and leading transaction workstreams, including due diligence, drafting, negotiation, and transaction management.
- Advising on shareholder arrangements, corporate governance, and commercial agreements.
- Working closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions on cross-border transactions.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 4–7 years' PQE gained at a leading international or top-tier regional law firm.
- Strong experience in M&A, joint ventures, private equity transactions, ECM and general corporate advisory matters.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Experience working on cross-border transactions and coordinating with international stakeholders.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong academic credentials and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
