IT Business Systems Analyst - Level 2

Location: Juno Beach, FL (Onsite, Monday–Friday) Schedule: Standard Office Hours Duration: 12-Month Contract Pay Rate:$36-42/hr

Our client, a leading enterprise in the energy sector, is seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer / IT Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in HTML, CSS, Python, and GitHub-based development practices. This role will be responsible for designing and developing analytics dashboards, web applications, and user-facing solutions that support business operations and decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage and support a variety of projects within the IT Business Systems department. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing analytics dashboards, reporting solutions, and data-driven web applications
• Translating business requirements into polished, professional, user-facing interfaces
• Applying strong UI/UX design and visual aesthetics principles to create dashboards that are both compelling and intuitive
• Collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that support decision-making

Essential Job Duties and Job Functions

• Build and maintain web-based dashboards and applications using HTML, CSS, and Python
• Manage code using Git/GitHub, following version control best practices
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs
• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces that present data clearly and effectively
• Support ongoing enhancements to existing dashboards and reporting tools

Knowledge and Skills

Required:

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, Python, and Git/GitHub
• Experience developing dashboards, reporting solutions, and data-driven web applications
• Strong sense of UI/UX design, visual aesthetics, and user-centered design principles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
• Professional, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Experience with SAP business processes and data, including sourcing, requisitions, purchase orders, payments, materials management, and services procurement
• Familiarity with procurement, supply chain, or enterprise analytics environments

Education and Experience

• Relevant experience in frontend development, business systems analysis, or a related field
• Demonstrated portfolio or work history involving dashboard/reporting tool development preferred
